DATE: Friday 16th October
TIME: 7.30pm
LOCATION: Church by the Bridge Kirribilli

Okay parents…do you or someone you know have teenagers, or even soon-to-be teenagers? If so, we’d love you to join us for our upcoming Mental Health & Your Teen seminar.

The issue of mental health and wellbeing of teens can be a source of stress for any parent. Many teenagers face struggles at one point or another, with their mental health and wellbeing. As parents of teens on the front line with them every day, we want to help you to identify the signs of mental health struggles and equip you to feel confident, rather than overwhelmed, in caring for their mental health.

Our seminar will run on Friday 16th October, 7.30pm at Church by the Bridge Kirribilli.

Why not drop your teen to our Ignite Youth Group (held in the Kirribilli hall 7-9pm) and come across to the church to hear from a qualified licensed mental health counsellor from the USA, with over 12 years high school teaching experience. We’ll be done in time to pick up your teen after Ignite. A great opportunity to come and be equipped and encouraged, hear from a great speaker and have a chance for some Q&As.  Why not bring along a friend?

Please RSVP here so we can assess attendee numbers & we look forward to seeing you soon!

ps - To adhere to COVID-19 requirements, in the case of sign up numbers exceeding our room capacity, we may move the event to our Neutral Bay location (75 Shellcove Rd), just a short 5 minute drive away
